Refunds are simple, and have no fees attached. You can refund charges in 3 different ways:
- Immediately after the charge, if you realized there was a mistake, you can refund directly from the success dialog.
- You can also process refunds from the Recent Charges list, by swiping the row for the charge you'd like to refund. Buttons will be revealed to Refund or send a Receipt.
- Lastly, you can issue refunds directly from the Stripe Dashboard at: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/overview
From there, you can find the payment and press the "Refund" button. From there, you will be asked if you'd like to make a full or partial refund. Lastly, we aren't able to refund our application fees automatically when refunded from the Stripe Dashboard, so you'll need to let us know the id of the charge (which looks like: "ch_E6Um6KjjvdZD9u19C8nrJM1O") and we can refund that application fee manually. Stripe fees will be refunded automatically.
